ACG is currently seeking to appoint a full-time, motivated, and talented Instructional Designer to join the team and support the institutional plans for developing high-quality online programs.

- Collaborate with faculty and Subject Matter Experts to design, develop, and implement (build) engaging and innovative online, hybrid, and face-to-face courses.
- Provide one-to-one consultations with instructors to enhance their course design and teaching strategies.
- Lead the migration of courses from one Learning Management System (LMS) to another, ensuring a seamless transition and minimal disruption to students and instructors.
- Utilize content authoring tools to develop interactive and multimedia learning materials.
- Apply research-based learning theories and instructional design models to create effective and accessible learning experiences.
- Deliver ongoing training and support to faculty to ensure effective usage of instructional technologies.
- Continually assess and improve courses based on student feedback, data analytics, and current educational best practices.
- A Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a closely related field.
- A minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in Instructional Design, preferably in a higher education setting.
- Extensive experience with various Learning Management Systems (ex. Blackboard, Canvas), content authoring tools (ex. Articulate 360), and multimedia production tools.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English.
- A strong understanding of adult learning principles and universal design for learning.
