Extremely helpful tool to review the performance of your staff
What do you like best?
My experience with this tool has so far been positive and I'm an end-user. I simply fill out my evaluation and send it over to my Directors for approval.
What do you dislike?
I have not noticed any downsides to the software as an end-user, but the feedback from the Directors is that this product really delivers thanks to its rich reporting.
